It has come to my attention that members of other Harry Potter roleplaying sites have been giving Hogwarts Live poor reviews on Alexa and other topsites due to typically extraneous features of the site such as layout, which in our particular case is optimized for performance (speed). Please do not engage in such juvenile activities with other Harry Potter sites as it is unbecoming of our users and reflects poorly on our community. We all love Harry Potter and should use that commonality to foster friendship rather than spiteful rivalry and discord. You may assist us in mitigating the sting of these biased ratings with your own subjective reviews of your experiences concerning this game. Thanks as always and sorry for the downtime today. This afternoon in a small but very lovely ceremony Barbara Garcia (SerenityRose) and Nicholas Moline (Edmund aka Me) were married. It was a very nice ceremony and we send sincere thanks to everyone who commented on molinefamily.info, we love receiving those wishes!

We are now about to go on our honeymoon, and as such both myself and her will not be around over the next several days.

Hey everyone, I'm happy to announce that I had a wonderful trip, and that I'm now back safe and sound at my parents house in New Mexico. Today, I have finished setting up of all our Network Sites and Wizards.pro channels. Unfortunately, because of this you may have experience a slight rollback of a few hours on your accounts. This means that all activity that transpired this morning is no more and you may start anew. Our other sites should be functional for everyone within the next 48 hours, depending on your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Greetings one and all, welcome to the new HogwartsLive server, this server has significantly more power but it is also running a different configuration, please be patient with any oddities you are experiencing today, I am working as best as I can to get the server fully operational and faster then ever.

First of all, I've just fixed the site as it seems that it was down for several hours today. I will be getting the new faster server operational this week, it should drastically reduce the liklihood of this happening again in the future.

In other, happier news, I wanted to take this opportunity to announce that I, Nicholas Moline (Edmund) will be marrying Barbara Garcia (SerenityRose) in real life on July 2nd (2 weeks from today). I'm not sure if anyone else who has met on hogwartslive has made it to the point of getting married or not, but even if we aren't the first (which I think we are) I still wanted to share my joy with all of you. Hogwartslive has litterally changed my life, bringing the love of my life to me.

I will be offline from Saturday, June 17th till Tuesday, June 29th due to longstanding plans to visit Haifa, Israel. Also, I will have limited access to the Internet from then till June 6th or 7th. We will be resetting everyone's Hit Points next week, you will receive gems in exchange for them. Also, Edmund has implemented a cap on gym use after 10 Voldemort Encounters. This is in an effort to make the game more fair and overall more enjoyable. Thanks for understanding.

I have just written and installed a brand new module for Clan Owners. Tired of manually stipending your users when they get a VE? Inside your clan you will now find a link to "Automatic Reward Setup", from here you can set amounts that you would like to be stipended to your users every time they kill Voldemort. You can also set bonus amounts to give people who go from Level 1 to killing Voldemort in under 24 hours. Once you have the settings the way you want them, toggle automatic rewards on, from then on when people kill Voldemort in your clan, they will automatically be stipended the amounts you selected!
