Personally, I find PvP to be one of the best features for players. If you're out of turns and need some XP, you can PvP someone to get it (and a good amount of it too).

It's true that it's not really fair for the Supreme Gods/Goddesses to attack the firstyears, but after that, you really get attacked less than maybe 10 times a week.

It's good for extra XP. As a yearling, it sucks. But once your not a yearling, you get to beat the !#@% out of the Firstys! :D

PvP is a great way to level and VE much faster. Although it may make you more evil, it's a faster way to get experience. That is why I enjoy Pvping, not because I like killing but because of the experience and sometimes gold they give you.

personally forest fighting is so dull and repetitive as it is, at least pvp allows some variation and gives you the chance to take out that annoying firsty who thinks their "all that" or to take out that nasty supreme god who's been kicking your @%$ from day 1 when you finally overtake them. if you get rid of pvp it would make everyones game sooo much slower and I think many players will find hl so dull and pointless after that, you may as well get rid of all the actual game content and just have it as a chat room if pvp goes.

I like PVP because you can level fast and then VE fast without PVP we would probably take days to VE depending on our skill.

Not very fair to the 1st/2nd years and people on low VE vs high VE... Personally I think that it should be limited that you can only attack people within say 10 or 20 VE of yourself, that way you don't have 100+ VE's attacking people with only 10 VE etc.

Supreme Goddess Alliandre • Sunday, February 2, 2014 - 1:48am • #9

I like it, for the fact that it is easy enough to get passed first year, and then when you do run out of Forest Fights, for some extra experience, you can pvp, and get a bunch of experience, but there is always the risk of losing the pvp and losing that experience as well. I agree with the fact that people with a higher amount of VE vs. those with much lower VE.

If you don't like it or think it's fair, you can just opt out.

I opt out times when I know I'm not going to level for weeks, but sometimes I even just leave it because I know there are people who would appreciate some experience, and it's not that bad recovering from PVPs once you hit God, and it helps if you are at a high level, you get more experience from forest fighting. It's still not even bad when you are a Firstyear, it's not like you need that much experience to level up anyways, most new players just die because they don't know any better and attack players who are beyond Gods and Goddesses.

Anyways, I think that the max experience you get from a PVP should be raised from the 5k cap we receive now..
I look forward to new features.

I like to PVP among the Supreemegods and Gods, lower PVPs gives not so much experience. And you can collect points for your house. Even if i need monney, i try to lose, because it lowers the experience and you have to fight again and earn more monney.

Supreme Goddess LyssaLuxford • Sunday, February 2, 2014 - 7:03am • #12

I really enjoy it. Because it helps when you ran out of turns, and there's still an hour until the new day. If that happens, I usually attack someone a higher VE count, so that way i'll die and I can use the tunnel/favor to get a new day.

As long as the option exists to turn PVP off, I have no issue with having it.

...People complain about higher VE's killing them a lot, and that's all great. But remember, those Supreme God's, Ultimate God's, and The God's that attack you are also getting slaughtered by Death Deity's, Unspeakable's, Unwritten's, The One, etc. If you don't like being killed, turn it off. If you like getting the experience, keep it on and then recover from lost exp later. Or even better, only log off at levels 1, 2 or 15 because then it just doesn't matter who kills you. If we were limited to people within 10-20 VE's like someone suggested earlier, that'd just make it a lot tougher on everyone. What about all the poor people all the way at the top of the HoF?! Deal with getting killed or turn it off. There's a pref. I don't see why this should even be debaaated. There's only so much Angul's Alchemy and Sichae's can do for us in terms of exp, PvP gives us that extra we need.

I would have no one to kill anymore D:
xD

I like the Pvp, but like many have said it's not fair for the yearlings, especially first years. I think it would be good to change to where you can only PvP someone with the same number ov VE's as you.( for example. First years can only PvP other first years.) I would say keep it like to where you can PvP some one within 10 VE's of you but there are people who got donor points and paid for stuff on here to probably help them out. So even then they are at an advantage. PvP is great it just needs to made alot more fair, expecially for yearlings.

I dont use it so its of no bother to me what happens to it. :P

Wizard Romeo • Tuesday, February 4, 2014 - 5:19pm • #20

I don't even think it matters if you could only PVP people within a certain amount of VEs, you're still gonna die either way, and it would only make things more difficult. It just makes no sense to me.

Supreme God LogWarts • Tuesday, February 4, 2014 - 6:32pm • #21

I want to keep a high good alignment so I don't partake. I'd like to see dueling rooms or something where people with good intentions can pvp without losing alignment points. Perhaps a Chamber Of Secrets where those with a certain amount of good can duel one another for experience without losing alignment. I don't know how you'd go about it but it seems unfair people with good intentions get locked out of this well of experience. Or perhaps even do away with dueling having any effect on alignment?

MaryBlack • Tuesday, February 4, 2014 - 7:44pm • #22

I think it's good for those who want to get some extra experience points!
Personally I don't use it because I want to keep a good alignment not only because I'm a good person (hahaha) but because I have a phoenix and I might loose it if I pvp too much.
I don't have the pvp off but as it has that option I think everyone's pleased.. The ones who like to pvp attacks people and let people attack them. The ones who doesn't just turn pvp off. That's why there is that option, isn't it?

Fictional Eruanna • Thursday, February 6, 2014 - 5:16am • #23

PvP is good for those above yearling stages, but bad for the yearlings. Honestly, it's a good incentive to get out of the yearling phase. It's wonderful for gaining experience too. I just wish it hadn't made me so evil, but I guess that's my fault. :)

WaterGirl • Thursday, February 6, 2014 - 5:57pm • #24

Agreed Avner.

Death • Saturday, February 8, 2014 - 6:21am • #25

I do not like it. The might of those who augmented themselves cannot be fathomed. Those who've fought Voldemort an innumerable amount of times cannot be reckoned with. The very reason Death has chosen to exempt himself from PvP was because he found it unfair for less experienced players to succumb to his might.
