Jailo's not exactly "smart." He was named after his father, Jailo Jones Senior. He grew up in Switzerland where his father met Jailo's mother. Not alot of people talk to Jailo. He has a loving (and huge) family that cares for him. Don't ask him why he's eating a tin can, though. It's a habit of his what with him being half-goat half-boy
