Technically, as mentioned in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (movie), Wizards have a slightly different genetic make-up than muggles. If you wanted to go to the extremes, Wizards aren't humans. But to answer your question, human = wizard.

I'm having an issue where the timestamp isn't showing up in the chat even though I have the setting selected in preferences. Would anyone have any suggestions? I'm running Chrome if that helps.
on here You Can't Wizard=Human You can change to Auror or Death Eater or Human t, wizard Title is when you reach 7VE's
Now, every time you VE, it asks you which face you want to be after 7 VE's
How (or when) can I buy dwelling?
You've got to get to level 50 to be able to buy a flat. 100 to buy a shack, and I think 150 to buy a castle.
Correction... 7VEs to buy a flat. 50VEs to buy a shack and 100VEs to buy a castle.
