Please note that the Hogwarts Live Blog is currently in Alpha (meaning it's missing a lot of features it should have) so please be sure to petition any bugs you may find. Edit: We know that the blog keeps popping up, please stop with the petitions. UPDATE: This has been fixed.

Here are some bugs you might notice right away:
1. If you click view more books/staff picks it takes you to the same page.
2. You can't change/edit our profile. The link goes nowhere or there's no link to do so.
3. The layout doesn't quite look right in Internet Explorer (MSIE).
4. The bold/highlighted link to the blog doesn't change after you've read it.
Anything that's not on this list please report right away. If you report something potentially hazardous to the site you'll be rewarded with donator points. And even if what you report is not such a big deal I'll probably choose to reward you anyway. The seriousness of the bug will determine the reward.

Aesch, in short yes. I just populated the about section of these new profiles with everyone's old bio data so it wouldn't be empty. But the idea is you'll write something new there. I'm giving you 2,000 characters to talk about yourself.
I don't know if this relates to the blog or not but when I click someone's profile I keep getting the option to award or take away points and it says don't click if you are not staff or you will be banned for 3 days? Is that supposed to be there?
Figured out another one.... when I refreshed this page by mistake... it reposted my comment a bunch of times.... XD

Also not a bug or about the blog...but not important enough to petition, so I'll leave it here:
When you master Bagpipes Performance or Bagpipes Making at the music shop, the achievement comes up as "Bagpipes Performance Performance" or "Bagpipes Performance Making." Did you know about this?

That has been like that for several months now. The option is not supposed to be there, no. That is the reason why it also says to leave it alone unless you are staff.
What browser do you use? I just tried the refresh thing in Firefox and it ASKS you if you want to resend the information when you hit refresh. If you click Yes, then of course it reposts (because it's resending what you just typed). In order to not post multiple times, just click another tab and then come back to this page rather than hitting refresh.

That IS a bug. That should have been petitioned. Even DANILO asked to not post anything here that does not relate to the topic on hand.

Okay, I just downloaded Safari. A pop up comes up and asks:

To reopen this page, Safari must resend a form. This might result in duplicate purchases, comments, or other actions.

Don't use this if that's your problem send a petition so someone can fix your navs. And I fixed them.

It sounds like a bug in Safari. I might implement a comment flooding mechanism so you have to wait a little bit to repost but I doubt that will work very well.

@Danilo So once you get the profile editor up, we'll be able to change the profiles that got ported? I updated mine and it hasn't changed. Just wondering...
