Elphie aka Elphie (She/Her) is a 32 year old (DOB: August 29, 1991) half-blood witch living in Kiamo Ko. She wields a 13" Cypress, Dragon Heartstring wand, and a member of the unsorted masses of Hogwarts students just off the train eagerly crowding around the Sorting Hat. Her favorite Harry Potter book is Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and her favorite Harry Potter character is Hermione and Luna.

For those of you who don't know who Elphie is, go experience it live on stage! (or just watch it on youtube) Or, just head on over to your nearest bookstore and read Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West. I'd recommend both, though I am a bigger fan of the musical. (Idina and Kristin rock!)

Anyway, Elphie is a nickname for Elphaba Thropp, the "Wicked Witch of the West". In the musical, G(a)linda gives her the nickname. I won't give away the whole plotline, but I will say that once you know the story, you'll never see Oz the same way again! :D
