Plagued by the loss of her ex lover, the small woman by the name of Chava Roku searched far and wide for the one she promised she would love forever. Presumed dead in battle, she eventually locked herself up in her room, away from society and eventually going mad with feelings of loneliness and uselessness. Her entire life became sitting, staring unblinkingly into the fire, the same words repeated under her breath in a childish manner. She was utterly wrecked mentally.

Then she met Blake Drachen who stumbled into her house drunk one dark night. Despite their first meeting starting with a thrown knife and promises to harm, the end of it left Chava with a collar and promises of protection and guiding, to one day make the girl a force to be reckoned with. Blake was the only human Chava could stand, slowing falling more in love despite the horrors in her head.

With Blake gone, dropped off the face of the planet, Chava destroys her collar to erase all remains of her broken heart. But all things heal with time, upon coming across old friend Damien Thorne. Dragged into the whirlwind that was this man's life, Chava becomes stronger, more apt to kill, and eager for the destruction of the Thorne twin Lucedio. Along the way her heart was healed, not only creating an alliance with the man but also a relationship, to end in a marriage of the two.

Years kept a happy marriage, and the birth of three. Only now, Lucedio Thorne had other plans than a happily ever after. Tick tock. He killed Chava Thorne. Tick tock. Chava is dead, Damien alone.
