Some weeks have passed since my last update. The castle, as ever, used them to add rooms nobody asked for and fix problems nobody reported. Here is what changed:

VIP Membership got some additions: a name that glows, unique chat colors, a profile theme, an animated avatar frame, a badge that grows more smug with tenure, and a monthly collectible waiting in the office like a parcel you forgot you ordered. Members also get 20% off decor, name colors, and title changes, and two days' early access to the weekly rare. The Battle of Hogwarts stopped being a single monster to bludgeon and became a race between sides, complete with commentary, a contribution board, and a payout weighted toward whichever side does more damage. Voldemort Encounters now let you pick your own difficulty in advance, see the exact reward at the final fight, and step back down one rank if he proves you overestimated yourself. https://hogwartslive.com/guide/voldemort-encounters

Clubs can now restyle their name in color, and seasons end with a full territory wipe plus a permanent Hall of Fame entry, so infamy at least survives the seasonal reset. https://hogwartslive.com/guide/club-seasons

Smaller items, filed without ceremony: five new dorm pieces, multiples of the same item allowed, familiars rendering in front of your hair instead of vanishing behind it, and some smaller things tucked away for you to discover.
