Petition for Help Link

The Petition for Help link is NOT for you to ask us how to play the game. Nor is it for you to tell us you're dead, NOR is it there for you to say hi :|

We have a
Frequently Asked Questions section (with answers! :O). It is not there just to take up space. If you have a question, please check there first. If it's not there, maybe that means you are supposed to figure it out for yourself. Novel thought, huh?

The Petition for Help is to report game problems. You not knowing something because you didn't bother clicking and reading is not a problem >.>

An excerpt from our beloved FAQ:

A petition should not say
'this doesn't work' or 'I'm broken' or 'I can't log in' or 'yo. Sup?' A petition *should* be very complete in describing *what* doesn't work. Please tell us what happened, what the error message is (copy and paste is your friend), when it occurred, and anything else that may be helpful. "I'm broken" is not helpful. "There are salmon flying out of my monitor when I log in" is much more descriptive as well as humorous, although there's not much we can do about it. In general, please be patient with these requests - many people play the game, and as long as the admin is swamped with 'yo - Sup?' petitions, it will take some time to sift through them.

Thank you.

I honestly cannot believe this petition needed to be posted. o_O Some players need a straight up shanking.

'Ear 'ear! If salmon start flying out of my monitor or phone, I surely will be calling my internet provider first, and then the game warden.

Yeah, I can't really believe that this had to be posted either. It says in more places than one what the petition link should and shouldn't be used for. And if someone keeps petitioning stupid things like "Hi.", "What's up?", etc.. they should get a warning or something for having been told countless times not to do that. I'm just amazed at how stupid people can be.

Hi.

Yo, Sup?

*snickers* I agree with them! So yeah nothing left to type when they said it all.

I want Salmons flying out of my laptop screen!! >:]

Just wow.. Some people cannot read at all. (:

Is it possible to set up a temp ban or mute? Or something similar for those who petition pointlessly X amount of times? Not comparing this to other sites but... I know one site where if you petition stupidly once you are muted until you've read the FAQ again. If you continue then you get a three day ban. Just a suggestion.

I swear you *NEW* Yearlings are getting more stupid than the last batch. If you can't %$!king learn the game like the rest of us, then log off, go outside, bury yourselves in the snow, and die. You give people, or rather, yearlings with common sense a bad name. There should be a screening process to these idiots before their sign up is complete; like a test. If they fail, they don't get in. They wonder *WHY* people on here are so mean to them, because they lack $!#king brains. Spiney should just instantly Black Mamba these n00bs until they catch on.

JHunter • Saturday, December 18, 2010 - 8:46pm • #10

You seriously need to use a bad word so badly that you put in marks like @ or # in front of the part of the word that isn't bad to say? wow.

WillBeckham • Saturday, December 18, 2010 - 10:49pm • #11

Ohh wow. I have to say, at this point, I agree with Aisling. This is seriously, just...wrong. Can people be that stupid that they can't see the BIG FAQ notice? I mean, it's right there in front of their faces, and they can't see that? *facepalms* Wrong, just wrong. >.>

Death Deity Keitara • Sunday, December 19, 2010 - 12:03am • #12

I totally agree with you, Aisy. XD

AislingBlack • Sunday, December 19, 2010 - 9:22am • #13

Hey !#@%$!#, JHunter, it's called a filter. The entire site has it, you'd know that if you $!#king read the FAQS. There. He just proved my point exactly.

JHunter • Monday, December 20, 2010 - 3:15am • #14

So? You seriously need bad words so much you actually say them and let the filter not show them? wow. whats the point of actually saying bad words if the filter just doesn't show them? If you ask me, i think that its pretty dumb to say bad words if the filter is just going to not show them.

XxXAmbrosieXxX • Thursday, December 23, 2010 - 9:28am • #15

Well, sometimes it feels good to type them. I know that sometimes I have to. It can be quite relaxing to just type #@%king, even if it does filter it.
Wow, I cannot believe somebody would actually send a petition containing only, "yo. Sup?". That is just...sad. It doesnt help my faith in the world either. >.> And Newbies should really (REALLY) read the FAQ's AND the blog before they even sign in for the first time. I did. It is nice to be prepared. :o

If someone can't see that the link says pitition for help, they must be either very stupid or very blind, lol.
