LOLCat Day
As you may have noticed, yesterday was LOLCat day, you computer was not glitched, and your computer didn't get contaminated with a virus. It is one day out of the year where you can act super silly, spam in all caps, and chatspeak without getting in trouble! Thank you to everyone who sat through it last year, this year, and will be around with us for it next year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone for the last 24 hours, and the site has returned to normal until Talk Like a Pirate Day.

Can't you guys make at least the RP only areas free of the stupid lolkat crap? It's not funny to some people, only annoying as hell, and it's unfair to those of us who want to use your RP site to actually RP.
Ever think it's not fair to get rid of it for those who actually enjoy it?

I think it's fair to get rid of the lolcat speak for those that might enjoy it. Like Zack said it's a huge deal sine it's only once a year, but it does reduce the quality and accessible nature of the site. Some people have a hard time reading the text, and I have heard some things about medical conditions not meshing well with the blinking text.
Also, the site isn't meant for that sort of thing, it's a RPG platform.. I could understand it being unfair to get rid of lolcat speak if it was memebase or something, but it's not.. its Hogwart's live.. so it is a bit more unfair for people who use the website for its intended purpose.
But as I said before, it's only once a year, so no matter now annoying or unfunny the whole situation is, at least we don't have to deal with it for long.

I think that maybe everyday should be 'Pirate talk day' or somthing. Didnt know whether to laugh or cry on the LOLcat day :)
