Notable characteristics: She's a fast dagger fighter, always wears a spelled leather jumpsuit. Can see and sense souls. While collared, she allows for the two to coexist in harmony and creates balance. As such, she can utilise a few specialised magics: from Chaos, she acquires the ability to jumble elements of space-time, randomly slowing or speeding up time OR changing the positions of physical entities and items within her sphere of influence; from Order, she can pulse with power, adjusting objects to her definition of correct or fixing that which is broken; from Balance, she can share vitality across an area (Take some of other's wounds upon herself or spread some of hers to her enemies). However, circumventing the collar's restriction on major magics really takes it's toll on her, and she is darn near useless once the effect wears down.
